Registering Your Lounger Takes Two Minutes, and Here Is Why It's Worth It

Product registration is one of those things that is easy to skip, so we want to explain why we ask for it.

When you register your HuggiBaby Gentle Lounger, two things happen. First, your lifetime warranty is officially active, so if a defect shows up later, we already have your order details on file and can move straight to a fix instead of asking you to dig up a receipt. Second, if we ever need to reach registered customers directly, for a safety update or a product improvement, we can actually do that.

We built the form to be short on purpose. Name, order number, purchase date, and the color you bought. That is enough for us to help you quickly if you ever need it.

You do not need to register the day it arrives. But we would rather you do it once, early, than need your warranty later and not have it activated. It takes about two minutes, and you can find it under Register on the site whenever you are ready.
