HUGGIBABY LLC ("HuggiBaby," "we," "us") operates huggibaby.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote this in plain language on purpose, if anything is unclear, email support@huggibaby.com.
Information we collect
Order and checkout information. When you buy directly through this site, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details to complete your purchase. We receive your shipping details and email from Stripe, but never see or store your full card number.
Warranty and registration information. If you register a product or submit a warranty claim, we collect what you enter in that form: name, email, phone, mailing address, and product details like color, purchase date, or manufacture date.
Security information. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, automatically logs technical information such as IP address and browser type, and uses it to protect the site from bots and abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers or web analytics on this site. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your order, including sending your shipping address, email, and phone number to Amazon so they can ship your product from our FBA inventory through Multi-Channel Fulfillment.
- To activate your lifetime warranty and respond to warranty claims.
- To send you safety or product update notices if a registered product ever requires one.
- To protect the site and our customers from fraud and automated abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything beyond what's described here.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run this business: Stripe to process payment, Amazon to ship your order, Google to store warranty and registration submissions and notify us by email, and Cloudflare to host and secure the site. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your information.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies set by Cloudflare for security and bot protection, including our Cloudflare Turnstile widget on the warranty and registration forms, and by Stripe during checkout. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, like completing a purchase or submitting a form, may not work correctly if you do.
Children's privacy
HuggiBaby is a website for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. Wherever you live, you can always email us to ask what information we have about you or to request that we delete it.
Data retention
We keep order, warranty, and registration information for as long as needed to honor your warranty and meet our own recordkeeping obligations, and delete it when it's no longer needed.
Security
We use HTTPS across the entire site, keep all service credentials out of our source code, and rely on Cloudflare's security tools against common attacks. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the date above when we do.
