We stand behind the HuggiBaby Gentle Lounger. Here's exactly what that means.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, for as long as you own your lounger.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, modification, or improper cleaning, and cosmetic changes from normal use.
How to make a claim
Register your product, then contact us through the warranty form or at support@huggibaby.com with your order number and a description, and photo if possible, of the issue. We aim to reply within a few hours and work with you directly rather than routing you through Amazon returns.
What we'll do
Depending on the issue, we'll repair, replace, or in some cases refund your lounger at our discretion.
One lounger, one household
This warranty covers the original purchaser for personal, household use, and is not transferable if the product is resold.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
